I put them in a hanging feeder with an ant moat but the birds haven’t touched it. If I offer mealworms in any other feeder the ants bite the starlings’ and doves’ feet. Any ideas? Texas Bird Family on August 2nd, 2023 - 6:27pm Every time I put out mealworms a ton of fire ants get them. I put them in a hanging feeder with an ant moat but the birds haven’t touched it. If I offer mealworms in any other feeder the ants bite the starlings’ and doves’ feet. Any ideas? Reply
