Participant Photo: Photo editing can turn a blah photo into a winner!

A Flicker image I shot that had too much crap in the image, this was removed using Photoshop & it was also brightened up some.
I wish more people would edit their photo’s.
Picasa3 is a free photo editing program that can do much to improve your image. For more difficult problems, Photoshop or something like it is the only way to go.
I use Paint to reduce it’s size for the web.
It’s very sad to see so many otherwise great pictures ruined because the owner didn’t care enough about it to edit their image.
