Participant Photo: Pictures so-so, experience priceless!

While exploring the Montezuma National Wildlife Reserve in Seneca Falls NY, I was watching 2 Bald Eagles perched in a distant tree when I observed an Osprey soaring overhead. I turned my attention and camera to the Osprey as it moved closer and then got into its hovering position. It then swooped down and made a stab at the water, but came up empty talon-ed. Several minutes later it returned, performed the same maneuvers and successfully plucked an unsuspecting fish from the stream.
