The male Pine Warbler who has been visiting my feeders in the winter for at least the past three years returned yesterday during my count. His arrival usually predicts incoming snow showers. In the afternoon, he was joined by a female, but she stayed in the tree and didn’t come to the feeder. In one year, the group of warblers included 6 individual birds. Always happy to see these guys!
