   Appears to be one of the Vireo, possible, Solitary, given white markings over bill. Dave

   Ref National Geographic Society Field Guide to the Birds of North America, Page 350 with corresponding image looks like your photo with the obvious “Spectacles’ and blue/gray head, pale yellow under (Eastern version, NY) and two white wing bars. Have not heard of a” Blue Headed” Vireo
