Participant Photo: Quick Strike
Like most Common Ravens in the Borrego Valley, this one was wary of humans and stayed away from my feeders when people were visible anywhere inside the house. When it finally made a quick sortie from a nearby telephone pole, I photographed it through the blinds on my patio door.
