Participant Photo: Red tailed hawk after a meal
I was driving and noticed this red-tailed hawk on the side of a baseball field. Right next to it was a dead squirrel that he must have just killed. He didn’t mind me taking pictures but ended up not eating the squirrel and eventually flying off without it.
