Participant Photo: Rusty Blackbirds in the yard!

A small group of Rusty Blackbirds spent a month or so in my yard. The most I counted at a time was 10! I noticed they are very skittish around the other birds, they come in on the outer perimeter and quickly grab something to eat and then run away somewhere secret to eat it. I enjoyed having these special visitors over the winter
