HOW DO I KEEP THIS MALE SPOTTED TOHEE OFF OF MY WINDOWS? HE IS PERSISTENT AND ATTACKS TOE WINDOWS EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS. HE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT A PEST WHO IS NEEDS TO BE DISCOURAGED.
