I’ve posted pictures of this bird to a Facebook group a couple times and there’s disagreement about what the issue is. It’s been visiting my feeder since the Summer of 2020. Whatever the problem is it hasn’t affected its appetite. It’s vocalizations seem to be unusually quiet though.
