Participant Photo: Turkeys in the Back Yard, Late March

Turkeys have gathered every second or third day in the back yard all winter to feed on cracked corn. Stared with 23, last visit was 18.(Last fall they appeared to be three hens with the clutch). Mating season staring and the males are all show while the hens continue to feed. Don’t expect to see them much longer as a group.
