   Hi, Rob. It’s hard to gauge the size of this bird from the photo, but looking at the bill and feet, the shape of its head and neck (although the neck seems long for a pigeon, but it could be just stretching it) my guess is it’s a leucistic pigeon. It’s hard to see the color of the eyes, but if they are pink, then it could be an albino.
