Participant Photo: Yellow-rumped warbler (“butter butt”)
We are rarely get to see warblers in our small back yard and years have passed since one has been spotted. Amazingly, during our Feeder Watch count on March 2 and 3, 2024, this tiny yellow-rumped warbler, affectionately known as “butter butt,” made a surprise appearance.

Late January and now February I have a butter butt who wants to own our bird feeders. He is so beautiful. My first one in central Florida.
