Participant Photo: Yellow shafted northern flicker?
This Northern Flicker appeared on suet feeder
And has yellow under tail colors. If it is a Yellow Shafted Flicker it is not common in my area

I think it is a female Red-shafted flicker. The males have the red “mustache”
The undertail appears orange. I am not very familiar with flickers, but she maybe a red-shafted x yellow-shafted flicker.
I just checked eBird, she is a red-shafted flicker. The yellow shafted have gray and red on their heads. https://ebird.org/species/norfli
