Photos show a Coopers hawk with a possibly injured right foot, which it avoids using; hawk caught a pine siskin, and photo shows the feathers that support this identification.

Coopers hawk put down right foot briefly, otherwise held it up, might be damaged?
Hawks do this when they are resting, I don’t believe it is injured.
