Description

This Wild Turkey comes to our feeder in flock of 17,sometimes 18, young birds. I am concerned that any disease might spread to other feeder birds (jays, doves, sparrow, woodpeckers).
I have reported this bird to appropriate authorities in Canada. It tries to feed by itself to avoid competition but often sits at the side. Acts sick. The other (right) side of the face is worse with the eye being competely blocked.
Please advise.
