Seemed to be confused and had trouble flying
This looks to be Mycoplasmal conjunctivitis (House Finch Eye Disease) If you have feeders, then clean them thoroughly and keep them down for at least a couple of days. You can find more info on the disease on the House Finch Eye Disease part of the Learn section.
