A house finch landed at the birdbath today with this growth on her beak, which I suspect is Avian Pox. Lots of finches, collared doves, magpies and other birds visit my bird baths which I am now disinfecting with 10:1 bleach solution morning and night. If I ID this wrong, please advise.

I just started my feeder watch today and saw a male house finch with a similar growth. I wonder if it is the same? I will try to get a picture if I see again.
