Description

Not sure what’s going on with this house finch. He appears to have no feathers around his eye. Bare area appears a bit swollen. Other side of head looked normal. Not sure if bare area is due to molt or disease; I didn’t observe any new feathers emerging. He appeared listless. I’m sorry the photo isn’t sharper. It was taken through a window with blinds.
