I don’t know how this bird’s leg was injured; he eventually lost it completely. Photo taken Sept 18, 2020, but happy to report this now one legged Curve-billed Thrasher resides and feeds in my yard daily, showing up morning and evening! I’ve had resident Curve-billed Thrasher for 10 years now, even though they are only found in south-eastern COLORADO.
