Pine warbler eating homemade bark butter. The left eye caught my attention (see photo). I again observed the bird later in the day when I was standing next to my feeders. It flew very close to me and appeared unaware of my presence until I moved even closer. It then flew to a nearby dogwood.
Eye problems
wing could be injured, but the bird was able to fly
