Diseased Bird: Blue Jay – Damaged Lower Bill

Came to feeder in this condition on Jan. 12 2014. Observed again today at feeder (Jan. 22). Seems to be able to eat enough – its been -40 at night here lately, and this Jay is still looking strong.
