Diseased Bird: Female Evening Grosbeak not normal.

This female Evening Grosbeak is very puffed up/bloated looking and does not behave like the others. She is here eating most of the time. She is able to but reluctant to fly. The rest of the flocks zoom off while she stays and looks around sort of bewildered as to why they left. She shakes her head as if there is a bug in her ear which I have not noticed the others doing. She can make a peeping noise but is not loud like the rest. I’m retty sure she is sick.
