Diseased Bird: Female House Finch with Conjunctivitis

This female was on my feeder two days ago (feeder since removed) and she is showing signs of visual impairment. Yesterday a male brought her to my nest location under my covered porch that has been used the last few years. He has been building up the nest and feeding her. In the photo, she lunged at him, startling him from the nest.
