Diseased Bird: Female House Finch with Eye Disease/Conjunctivitis

I observed this female House Finch splashing in the bird bath when passing by the nearby window. I stopped to watch and noticed the swelling of one eye. The images aren’t perfect quality due to the fact I was snapping pics through the window, but you can clearly see the infected eye. I clean the bath daily and have since cleaned all feeders as well. I haven’t noticed any distress. She is still flying, eating, and drinking with no trouble. I have watched regularly since and haven’t seen her rubbing her face on things as if it’s bothering her.
