Diseased Bird: Finch eye disease
I couldn’t get a good photo. This side looks okay. The other eye is all closed up from the eye disease they get. It couldn’t fly easily bc it can’t see.

Take down your feeders for a few weeks and clean them thoroughly to help prevent the disease spreading.
