Sick Bird: Finch eye disease

This little bird feeds daily at my feeder. He is new but now comes daily. How can I help him and what should I do to ensure whatever he has doesn’t spread to the other birds that visit daily, mostly cardinals and buntings, but an occasional Carolina chickadee, blue jay, and mourning doves in the grass.
