Sick Bird: House Finch with Eye Disease

On January 1, 2017, this female house finch visited my feeder. Both of her eyes were nearly swollen shut. The feathers around each eye were ruffled and sticking out. This bird is different from the other house finch that I saw on January 1st which had white swellings on her face (see earlier photo submittal).
