Sick Bird: House Finch with Mycoplasmal conjunctivitis

I spotted two house finches with Mycoplasmal conjunctivitis but this is the only one I could take a photo of. The other was scratching his eye against branches and flew wobbly . This one too flew to the fence and scratched his eye on it.
I immediately took down the feeders to be disinfected and I’m keeping them inside for a while
