Diseased Bird: House Finch with Tumor by Beak

My bird feeder camera caught this finch on the feeder seeming to struggle to eat. Large growth next to the beak and a smaller scab or wart on the top of the head by the left eye. The bird also appeared larger or swollen compared to most of the finches i’m seeing
