Diseased Bird: Injured European Starling

This Starling has been coming to our feeder (with its mate?) for at least three weeks. The leg is folded underneath its body and is non functional.

there is a starling with an injured leg in my backyard. it can fly, but has trouble maneuvering to get food as it is unbalanced on only one leg. the leg seems to be bothering the starling as it tends to pick at it. i’m placing food in locations where it has easy access but is there anything else that i can do?
