Sick Bird: Injured Magpie, broken bill.

This injured magpie has been visiting my yard for the past 2-3 weeks. When I first saw this bird it was having difficulty picking up food. Lately it seems to be feeding well and looks as though it has learned to cope with the loss of most of its bill.
