Sick Bird: Large Eye Growth on House Finch

I have a wonderful “Finch Family” I feed. Including House Finches, Goldfinches and Purple Finches. On 7/26/24 I noticed a large eye growth on a House Finch it was from a far and so strange looking I thought I was seeing things. So I emptied and bleached my feeder before filling it up with new seed. Today it came back and I got a good look and lots of pictures. I have taken the feeder down and cleaned the area around the feeder. Should I do anything else?
