Diseased Bird: Male House Finch Eye Disease

These 3 pictures are of the same bird photographed April 15-17 showing the very fast progression of the disease. Other finches in the group that normally visits my feeders do not seem to be affected as yet. I have taken down the seed feeders where they have been congregating,
