Diseased Bird: Mycoplasmal conjunctivitis in male and female House Finches

I set my motion activated bird camera up by my feeders and got pictures of several House Finches with mycoplasmal conjunctivitis. It is hard to tell if any of these pictures are the same birds or not. My feeders are now empty and I will clean them with bleach, rinse them well and leave them empty for a week or more before refilling them.
