Diseased Bird: Northern Cardinal – eye problem

This photo was taken on October 16, 2016, by my son, at the Audubon Society’s Felt Preserve. He thought it odd that he would observe both a female with a deformed beak (photos sent in a separate e-mail) and a male with eye problems on the same day, in the same location.
