Sick Bird: Northern Mockingbird – ‘facial’ swelling

I have noticed this bird and the deformity as early as spring 2018. The bird appeared to be active and unaffected by the swell. Appeared regularly around the property, fought off other mockingbirds, turned up at the feeder again.
