Diseased Bird: One-legged Spotted Towhee
A female Spotted Towhee missing her right foot and with a withered right leg. She has been in our yard for a few months and has been holding on. She has trouble with digging in the leaf litter for food because of her missing foot and leg so we put some food on the ground so that she gets something easily.
