Sick Bird: Pink lump on Goldfinch

I wasn’t sure if this is an eye disease because it didn’t appear on the eye itself. It looks to be more between the eyes, just above the beak.

It might be Avian Pox. It usually affects the featherless areas on a bird, such as its beak, eyes, or legs.
