Diseased Bird: Possible case of house finch disease

I found a female house finch sitting in my window feeder with her feathers all puffed out. She made no attempt to leave as I approached the feeder and did not fly off when I made extra noise and movement to encourage her to leave 🙁. I left her to fly away on her own which she eventually did. I suspect house finch disease as I had seen a likely case of conjunctivitis last month. I took the feeder down immediately.
