Diseased Bird: Possible/probable House Finch eye disease?

Observed a male and a female House Finch with a crusty eye (possible House Finch eye disease or Avian pox?) at my window feeder on 10th February 2021.

Sorry for the poor picture quality – using my iPhone in bad lighting!
