Diseased Bird: Presumed female house sparrow sick with trichomonosis

Lethargic, constantly feeding, spitting out or throwing up feed, appears wet, ragged but has not been in bird bath, stretching neck. Seemingly healthy female house sparrows chasing sick bird away from feeder. Has visibly worsened in last two days.
