Diseased Bird: Red Rocks Trading Post sick House Finch

This poor guy is in serious distress. Clicked on Category as other because he obliviously has more than just the eye issue going on looks like a tumor of some kind on the back of his head. Flew normally and judging by his color he is eating pretty well considering.
This is not my feeding station but this bird is in such bad shape I thought I should report it any way. Large feeding station set up at Red Rocks Park, Red Rocks Trading Post, Morrison, Jefferson County, Colorado
