Sick Bird: Sick Evening Grosbeak

Evening Grosbeak with seemingly pox like lesions on leg and bird was twitching or shuddering, seemingly a neurological affliction at my birdbath today Feb20/24. Bird flew into close-by tree when I approached.
I took down feeders and bird bath immediately.
