Sick Bird: Sick Pine Siskin in Albemarle County, Va

Siskin showed up all fluffed out with down feathers poking through and visible sitting still on bath. Later observed bird harassing other finches on this feeder. He was bloated to almost three times the girth of other Siskins! Let me approach closely but no eye issues and could fly quickly away. Still, I think this is consistent with Samonella outbreak still ongoing in Albemarle County, VA.
