Sick Bird: Tufted Titmouse with Injured or Deformed Leg

Frontal picture shows one leg. It is very difficult to get a photo of the other (bad) leg because it’s drawn up into his feathers most of the time. The second photo shows how he uses his left wing for balance by letting it droop. He also flutters it if needed. I’ve observed him for a week or two and he is eating well. He flies to & from the feeders without any particular difficulty. I’ve even seen him in the birdbath.

I have a Tufted Titmouse that’s been at my feeder for at least 3 days. His leg looked to be more just dangling down and kinda deformed. He hangs from a particular feeder in a distinct way to get the food out. It seems to have adjusted. Hope it will keep on pushing through.
I just spotted a tufted titmouse with only one leg yesterday (10-31-23) at our feeder in Pinckney, Michigan. It has a hard time landing and staying balanced on its one leg on the ground and sometimes flops around a bit. It can land at our feeder. I hope it can survive.
