Diseased Bird: Unsure

Unsure if this White Winged dove is injured or not, but was laying in the backyard by himself and feeding for quite a while. This morning after an ice storm he was laying in the front yard by himself and moved periodically around the sidewalk and hunkered down again. The he was again in the backyard. He appears to lay down alot. Will try and get more pictures.
