Diseased Bird: Young finch beak defect

Photo of a young House Finch with a beak defect. Overgrowth of the bottom bill with what appears to be a congenital absence of the top bill. It’s appeared on my feeder over the past several days and appears to have no trouble eating the small seeds. A chickadee vies for feeder time, but defers to the house finch, despite its deformity. It does not seem to affect its ability to dominate time at the feeder.
