Description

Drab warbler with a pale eye ring and darker eye stripe through the eye ring, dull yellow/olive above with pale yellow breast extending to the upper belly, belly was pale. Faint dark streaking on either side of the yellow breast. Two pale wing bars visible. Bird was repeatedly visiting suet feeder that contained a peanut butter suet. First time I have seen a Pine Warbler at my feeders although they are relatively common in my area with a few stragglers present each winter. The bird was either a female in winter plumage or a first winter immature bird.
