Description

First time ever, observed and identified. Easy to ID black head, white belly and ocher like color on both sides. Carbon copy of the picture. Feeds on the ground along side finches and sparrows. Regularly standing on single leg while feeding (alternating legs regularly). Have been around for couple of weeks but i’ve only been able to ID the bird over the week-end. On a personal note – very excited, it is not every day you get to ID a new species!!. PS – next step to take of picture of my feather friend.
